Wise Spirit Collection by Mattapony Reserve
At Mattapony Reserve, every item in the Wise Spirit Collection is thoughtfully crafted to honor Indigenous artistry, heritage, and quality craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unused and in their original condition.
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made or personalized items
Limited edition or one-of-a-kind handcrafted pieces
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale merchandise
Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return request, please contact our customer service team with your:
Order number
Full name
Reason for the return
Return instructions will be provided once your request has been approved.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mattapony Reserve cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a return (if eligible) and placing a new order for your desired product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been prepared for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
Handmade & Natural Materials
Many pieces in the Wise Spirit Collection are handcrafted using natural materials. Slight variations in color, grain, texture, carving, beadwork, leather, wood, or stone are natural characteristics that make every piece unique and should not be considered defects.
