Wise Spirit Collection featured at the Native Art Show & Market in Santa Fe, New Mexico!

The 104th Santa Fe Indian Market—sometimes casually described as a “Native Art Show & Market”—is one of the most important Native American art events in the world. Its official name is the 104th Annual Santa Fe Indian Market, presented by the Southwestern Association for Indian Arts (SWAIA).

For 2026, the main market takes place August 15–16, 2026, from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in the historic Santa Fe Plaza in downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico. The outdoor market is free and open to the public.

What makes it particularly significant is its scale and prestige. SWAIA says the event brings together more than 1,000 Native artists representing over 200 Tribal Nations from the United States and Canada. Artists present and sell original jewelry, pottery, textiles, paintings, sculpture and other works directly to collectors and visitors.

The market is juried, so it isn't simply an open vendor festival. Artists are selected to participate, and the event includes competitive classifications and awards. The official artist directory describes ten classifications, including areas such as jewelry, pottery, textiles, sculpture, beadwork/quillwork and two-dimensional art.
