My early years were filled with lessons from my grandfather, who taught me the ways of my ancestors. I learned how to hunt, fish, trap, and grow a garden to provide food for my family.

Wise Spirit’s first hunting tool was a catapult, also known as a slingshot. My love for nature, culture, and tradition shines through in my work. Over the next 40 years, I mastered woodworking, preparing myself to craft exceptional handmade jewelry, custom frames, slingshots, blowguns, and tilt-sticks for boaters.
